I have lived in Western Washington my entire life and know the area extensively. I have 15 years in the industry and understand the lending process. I have done an extensive amount of REO appraisals as well as FHA and estate appraisals. I also do divorce work. My area of expertise is the Pierce, King, Kitsap and Thurston areas. I am well versed on other outlying counties as well and assure my clients that I will not accept an order where I have no knowledge of the market.
I personally have trained 6 appraisers who are currently successful in their own businesses as I believe in giving back to my community.
